Declutter your work space. It helps you to focus better.  When you know where to find everything you tend to be less stressed.  If you’re working with a team it helps to keep things more organized. Creating good work habits set the foundation for effective and efficient success. Organize your days — and make sure to include breaks.  We accomplish more when we take short breaks at different intervals of the day. It resets our system and helps us to focus better.  Here are six tips which you'll find useful when you decide to do an event:

1. Organize your space and time



As a result we have more energy to do a couple more things including relaxing.  Because of time constraints it is important to work with a list of things to do. Order in terms of priority. Make sure your intervals are on the list. Take at least two 10 – 15 minute intervals just to breathe and refocus.  Try to stick as close as possible to your list of things to do. Maintaining control is vital. Something unplanned often always ‘pops up’. When you anticipate it you are better able to deal with it.
